Overview
Located in Pondera County, Montana. New ownership, spaces remodeled and forgoing additional space remodeling. Currently 22 spaces with full hookups, water, sewer, electric and free wifi. Tent campers welcome. Existing bathhouse with 2 showers in each men's and women's bath. Coin operated laundry. Dog walk area with adjacent city walk area. Plenty of parking space for toys. Graveled sites for those who want to park next to the RV door for easy elderly access. Full hookups for winter, currently 10 spaces. Make reservations for these during summer as they fill fast in the fall.
Horses are welcome with a pasture area behind the South end of the RV Park. Please make reservations for the number of horses prior to arrival. Horse fees as follows: 1 horse free range pasture $20 per day. 1 horse with owner furnished hay and portable panel corral $10. Includes horse trailer parking.

Mail Delivery
No USPS mail delivery at physical address of RV Park, please use general delivery at Post Office. Fed Ex and UPS delivery to Space # is permissible
Cancellation Policy
Before 3 days 100 % Before 1 day 50 % Day off/no show Non-refundable In High season: Arrivals after 6 PM might forfeit RV Lot reservation unless late arrival specified by notification.

No Cigarette butts on grounds Illegal Drug use will not be tolerated, will be asked to leave
check-in and check out
check-in 12 PM until 6 PM Late arrivals call before 6 PM and let management know. Cut off time 8 PM. Exceptions at managers discretion. check-out 11 AM
Pets restrictions
No vicious dogs or Pitbull breeds, maximum of two dogs, you must disclose if your pet is friendly to people and other pets, clean up after pets, excessive barking not tolerated, Leash not required if pet can be controlled by voice or collar devise NO portable kennels or pet enclosures
